Fires can be catastrophic and, unfortunately, make up a large percentage of our restoration projects. Fire is a more prevalent danger to homeowners in the Southern California area than ever before, which means it’s integral for you to have someone you can rely on to help keep you protected. It doesn’t matter how large or small the fire is, the damage is often devastating, and the cleanup can be tremendously taxing. Fortunately, you can count on us to help you out throughout the process.
Fire damage is often extensive, and it is often impossible to remain in business during the restoration period. At Innovative Interiors Inc, we make sure to handle the issue as quickly as possible, so you can return to your building as soon as possible. We will keep you updates as to every aspect of the restoration process, so you can be kept informed as to the extent to which your belongings are damaged. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure your building is returned to pre-loss condition and your life is set back in order. Fires do not discriminate based on the value—sentimental or otherwise—of the objects in your house, and we understand that any fire can be a tremendously personal loss. It’s our job to help you set your life back in order, so you can begin again.
Our crews evaluate the site and work with all first responders and other authorized personnel to clear the area and ensure all occupants have safely exited the building. All hazards are then secured, and caution signs are placed throughout the area to restrict access and ensure maximum safety for all involved.
All contents and building materials are cleaned, sanitized and evaluated to identify any contamination that may be present. Any suspicious items will be submitted for further analysis. We examine the full inventory of building items, including any remaining documents, to determine what is salvageable and what must be replaced. Once completed, reconstruction can begin.
Our clients receive all necessary compliance documentation at the conclusion of each project including site and containment entry and exit logs; copies of citations and violations, safety meeting attendance records and reports of accidents and first-aid administration; pressure differential records; HEPA-filtered equipment service and maintenance records; and temperature, relative humidity and moisture content data for drying.
